1. Eligibility & Enrollment
Who’s Covered: Any seller whose listing is staged by Aspect Staging in at least the key living spaces (living room, dining room, and primary bedroom) under a staging contract of at least 60 days.
Financing: Pay at Close is subject to approval. Financing (up to $50,000) may only be used for pre-sale improvements like staging, painting, cleaning, flooring, landscaping, and similar home prep services. All costs are paid at close of escrow. If the home doesn’t sell or escrow falls through, the homeowner is responsible for payment. For full details or to check eligibility, visit www.aspectadvance.com.
Service Completion: Staging must be completed and delivered before the property goes live.
Payment: All staging fees must be paid in full within 2 business days of your staging agreement.
Location: Valid for properties located within Aspect Staging’s service area (San Diego County, CA).

2. Performance Guarantee Criteria
“Sell Faster” Definition: Your staged property must close in fewer days on market (DOM) than the average DOM of at least three comparable unstaged listings that:
Are within a 1-mile radius
Sold in the last 6 months
Are within ±10% of your listing price
“Beat the Comps” Definition: Your net sale price (after standard seller concessions) must equal or exceed the highest price per square foot achieved by those same three comparables.
3. Claim Window & Timeline
Closing Deadline: Property must close within 90 days of staging completion date.
Claim Submission: Realtor or seller must submit a claim within 7 days after closing. Late claims will not be honored.
